As you may know, I am going on a mission this summer to
Our trip is scheduled for June 19 through July 6. We will be coming alongside a amazing group of full time missionaries in Jinja. We will have opportunities to share our personal testimonies, host Bible studies and worship as we share the gospel of Christ to local villages and schools. We will be reaching out through skits and dramas, music, fun activities and participate in soccer with the youth of the communities. Our focus is going to be ministering to youth in schools and orphanages.
I would like to ask you to support me and my team on this mission through prayer.
The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. (James 5:16)
My specific prayer needs are:
- My health
- Being a faithful leader
- Boldness to share the Gospel and my faith with others
- Being a witness through faithful service
- Finances, I’m taking 3 weeks off of work without pay and I still have bills to pay when I get back.
Prayers for the team:
- Traveling mercies
- For health
- Team unity
- For the leadership of the trip
- To persevere through 18 days of hard work and harsh weather
- For spiritual attack that is sure to be present
- That we would be holy vessels for God to work through us
